Andrew S. Dutil is a civil engineer, project management professional, and independent consultant based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Throughout his career, Andrew has worked across commercial construction, program scheduling, cost engineering, contract administration, and civil works. A significant portion of his career was spent with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, supporting projects in Florida and Europe and collaborating with engineers, project managers, contractors, contracting officers, and legal teams.

Before his civilian career, Andrew served in the U.S. Army and is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom II. His military experience reinforced the importance of teamwork, preparation, discipline, and perseverance—principles that continue to shape his professional approach today.
